The Skills Hub is now recruiting a cohort of mentors and mentees to join our Creative Community Mentoring Programme.
More than just mentoring, this programme is about building connections across the creative and cultural sector. Through 12 hours of mentoring, alongside events and informal opportunities to network, connect and share experiences, participants will become part of a supportive creative community that continues and extends beyond individual mentoring relationships
Running from November 2026 to March 2027, this programme will bring together mentors and mentees to share knowledge and best practice, explore challenges within the creative sector, and support professional development through meaningful mentoring relationships.
We’re inviting applications from both:
Mentees looking for a supportive space to reflect on their goals, identify their next steps, and shape their own professional development journey with the support of a mentor.
Mentors who would like to share their experience, support others, and contribute to a growing creative community. Mentors are paid for their participation and will receive training and support throughout the programme.
Whether you’re looking for support to navigate the next stage of your creative journey or are ready to share the knowledge you’ve gained along the way, we’d love you to be part of the programme!
