Skills Hub Placements wanted — can your creative or cultural organisation benefit?
Could your creative or cultural organisation, practice or enterprise benefit from additional support while helping someone gain valuable experience in the sector?
As part of the Into The Light project, The Creative and Cultural Skills Hub is looking for a small number of host organisations for fully funded paid placements of 20 hours a week over 8 weeks.
These opportunities are designed to provide participants with meaningful experience in the sector and the opportunity for skill development they can take forward in their career.
As a placement host, you’ll benefit from:
Additional support for your team, projects, and day-to-day activities
Wage costs and weekly travel bursary for the participant paid by the Skills Hub
A developmental placement opportunity designed around your organisation’s needs
Recruitment and onboarding support from the Skills Hub
The opportunity to support and nurture emerging local talent
Previous hosts have included Coalfield Studios, Durham Fringe Festival, and Durham Wildlife Trust.
